Who should I complain to?
It depends on what went wrong. Problems with this website, our content or how we handled your personal data are our responsibility, so complain to Yieldfyze. Problems with the investment, your account, fees charged or a sales call are the responsibility of the provider, so complain to it directly.
About this website or your data
Email complaints@yieldfyze.com. For data protection questions you can also use privacy@yieldfyze.com. Our other contact details are on the contact page.
About the product or your account
Use the complaints process on the provider's website. The provider handles complaints about its own product and accounts under its own complaints procedure.
If you're not sure which applies, send it to us and, with your permission, we'll pass it to the provider and tell you we've done so.
What should I include?
- Your name and how you'd like us to reply (email, phone or post).
- The email address or phone number you used on the form, so we can find your record.
- What happened, with dates and the page address if it's about our content.
- What you'd like us to do to put it right.
- Copies of any emails or screenshots that help explain the problem.
Please don't send bank details, passwords or identity documents. We'll never ask for them.
How do we handle your complaint?
Acknowledgement within 5 working days
We confirm we've received your complaint, tell you who is dealing with it and ask for anything else we need.
Investigation
Someone not involved in the original issue looks into it, checks our records and, where relevant, asks the provider for information.
Final response within 8 weeks
We send a written final response explaining what we found, what we'll do and how to escalate. If we can't finish within 8 weeks, we write to explain why and when we expect to reply.
Escalation if you're unhappy
Our final response tells you where to go next. The options are below.
Where can I escalate a complaint?
Data protection complaints can go to a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live, work or where you think the problem happened. If you're unhappy with the provider's final response about the product, you may be able to refer it to an independent financial dispute-resolution service or ombudsman in your country.
About your personal data
You have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live, work or where you think the problem happened. The authority's website explains how to make a complaint. It often helps to raise the issue with us first at privacy@yieldfyze.com, so we can try to put it right.
About the product or your account
Complain to the provider first, using the complaints process on the provider's website. If you're unhappy with the final response, you may be able to refer the complaint to an independent financial dispute-resolution service or ombudsman in your country; the provider's final response should explain your options. Time limits often apply, so act promptly once you have it.
