Who we are
In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean the company that operates Yieldfyze, and 'you' means anyone using the site.
Yieldfyze introduces people to the provider. We do not hold client money, give personal investment advice or execute trades.
What is this site, and what isn't it?
Yieldfyze is an information website. It explains investing in general terms and describes the managed portfolio from the provider. It is not personal advice, a recommendation that a product suits you, or an offer or invitation to buy or sell any investment. Decide for yourself, and take independent advice if you're unsure.
- Information only: content is general and doesn't take account of your circumstances, goals or attitude to risk.
- Not personal advice: nothing on the site is a personal recommendation.
- Not an offer: nothing on the site is an offer, solicitation or invitation to deal in any investment, in any country.
- Not tax or legal advice: tax treatment depends on your circumstances and can change.
Who can use this site and ask for a call back?
Anyone can read the site. To ask for a call back, you must be at least 18, ask for yourself rather than for someone else, and live in a country where the provider accepts clients. We don't pass on requests that don't meet these conditions, and we delete them.
Nothing on this site is an offer, or an invitation to make an offer, to buy or sell an investment in any country where that would be against the law. If the law where you live restricts information like ours, please follow it.
Our role as an introducer
If you request a call back, we pass your details to the provider. It runs the product, carries out any checks on whether the product suits you, opens and runs your account and holds your money. Your contract for the product is with the provider, on its terms. We are not a party to it and we are not responsible for how the provider delivers its services.
The provider pays us a flat fee for each introduction. It doesn't change what you pay. Details are on who receives your details and how we make money.
Are investment results promised?
No. Investing puts your capital at risk. The value of investments and any income from them can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. Past performance, forecasts and example figures on this site are not a reliable indicator of future results. Read the risk disclosure before you invest.
Accuracy and updates
We take care to keep content correct, but fees, products, rules and tax law change. Before you invest, check the current figures and terms on the provider's website. If you spot a mistake, tell us at hello@yieldfyze.com and we will correct it.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- submit someone else's details, or false details, in any form;
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data, or interfere with how it works;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means without our written permission;
- pretend to be Yieldfyze or suggest you are connected with us when you are not.
We may suspend access or block form submissions if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Intellectual property
We, or our licensors, own the copyright, trade marks and other rights in the site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design. You may view, print and share pages for personal use, as long as you don't change them and you keep any notices. Any other use needs our written permission. The provider's name and marks belong to the provider.
Links to other websites
We link to other sites, such as the provider, public registers and independent guidance services, for your information. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link doesn't mean we endorse everything on the linked site.
Our liability to you
We provide the site free of charge and on an 'as is' basis. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site. That includes investment losses, loss of profit, and loss caused by the site being unavailable or by viruses we could not reasonably prevent.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or our services change. Each version has a number and the date it took effect, shown under the heading. The version on this page applies each time you use the site.

Which language version applies?
Each language version of this site is written for its readers, and the versions of these terms have the same meaning. If a translation of these terms ever differs from the English version, the English version applies.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Yieldfyze is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep any protection that the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live give you. You may also be able to bring proceedings in your local courts.
